Project Manager – EAI
Job Description The position will act as a project manager or senior EAI professional for WW EAI opportunity engagement and project delivery. The job responsibility consists of, but not limited to:Manage projects development and maintenance, Primary customer interface, responsible for delivering state of the solutions in the areas of application integrationMust have ability to work with customers to identify requirements, provide technical leadership, and must have technical foresight needed to design and develop cost effective solutions that meet functional and performance requirements.Ability to manage technical projects, control cost, delivers on schedule and manages customer expectations.Must be willing to travel and enjoy working with customers.Ability to travel as needed up to 50%.
Job Requirements & Skills Required Bachelor degree and above in Computer Science or Engineering related area;Minimum 5 years experience as software project and program management.Must have ability to scope work to be accomplished.Experience mapping business requirements to technology capabilities, Experience with Object Oriented analysis (OOA), design (OOD) and project management.Having proven years of working experience in EAI capabilityDeep knowledge in EAI and B2B integration process and concepts. Familiar with SOA/Web Service/JDBC/Connection Pool/Data Source/XML/XPath. Experience on WebMethods is strongly preferred. Experience with SAP, Siebel, Peoplesoft, or Websphere MQ is preferred. JCA and JMS are preferred.Experience with BPEL or XPDL, and EDI standard is a plus.Organized, and familiar with software engineering disciplines including CMMI and ITIL.PMP certifiedFluent spoken English Good communication skills.Capable of working in a multicultural and international environment
