Job description • Business Solutions: Leads or participates in the development of customized solutions and associated cost cases for IBM internal or commercial customers. Understands company and center strategies thoroughly and implements accordingly. • Business Solutions: Develops or improves delivery models between GDC and sending organizations in migration of service delivery to GDC China, focusing on Japan businesses. • Marketing: Leads/Participates in organizing/coordinating customer visits and marketing activities. Explores business opportunities in campaign planning and implementation. Creates, develops, standardizes, updates, reviews, and controls internal and external engagement/marketing presentation packages. • Branding and Communication: Maintains and enhances channels in advertising, collateral, intranet communications, website presentation of center brand according to established center strategy. • Project Management: Responsible to manage or coordinate assigned projects, e.g. Transition, Resource fulfillment, Site selection, etc. Required 学士号 English: 中級 Japanese: 上級 Additional information • Over 5 years marketing/sales/trading/project manager experiences in related industries. IT industry experience is highly preferred. • Rich project management experiences. • Knowledge of IT history and industries. • Proficient in MS-Office (especially with PowerPoint, Excel & Word). Skills in additional graphic/workflow design programs (e.g. Photoshop, Visio) are preferred. * Fluent in both spoken Japanese and Chinese, good at English reading and written. * PMI certified PMP is preferred.
