Job description 1.Perform Daily system checks against specific documentation 2.Manage and resolve problems assigned by help desk or operations 3.Problem determination and resolution within agreed SLA 4.Maintain Information repository and team room documents 5.Maintain an overall perspective of the systems and client supported 6.Implement simple changes following specific documentation 7.Perform security related tasks against specific documentation Required Bachelor's Degree At least 2 years experience in Linux ( Red Hat, SUSE , etc),TCP/IP English: Fluent Additional information Requirement: -Experience with one or more flavours of Linux ( Red Hat, SUSE , etc -Experience with one or more flavours of Unix ( Sun Solaris, Hp Ux, Aix, Linux , etc) -Basic computer literacy including exposure to Office tools -Experience in a process driven environment -Knowledge of TCP/IP -Knowledge of enterprise storage concepts -Ability to write/debug shell scripts -Good written/verbal English communication skill, Cantonese will be a plus -Good Teaming Skills
