Work as business analysis for IAM solution based on Tivoli identity manager
§ More than 5 years experience in the application development area
§ Profound knowledge in identity and access management system development
§ Be familiar with IBM Tivoli identity management suit product
§ Actual development experience of identity management system on IBM Tivoli Identity Management product
§ Experience in provision policy, workflow, security policy and etc.
§ Undergraduate degree Computer Science, Information Technology/Services, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or equivalent combination education or experience).
§ Ability to work effectively in diverse, foreign and multi-cultural environments, Country, Regional or Global Level.
§ Demonstrated success working effectively under short timeframes and significant pressure.
§ Excellent English and Chinese language ability.
§ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
