Business/Project Background:
This is a project for a strategic customer account to develop a customized LDAP management tool based on BMC Calendra Directory Manager for directory administroters and general users.
Job Description:
1. Customer requirement collection, analysis and documentation
2. Estimation of work efforts and recommend solution design based on Calendra Directory Administrator
3. High level design of the architecture as well as lead the detailed design activities. Technical review design documents to evaluate and solve any issue/risks related to the solution.
4. Lead the customization development based on the BMC Calendra Directory Manager product using the Calendra IDE development tool.
5. Give mentoring and internal training to team members for the Calendra Directory Manager tool and customization/development based on it.
Job Requirements:
. More than 5 years’ J2EE development experience, familiar with WebLogic or WebSphere platform with sound knowledge on JSP, Java Bean.
2. More than 3 years’ development experience with BMC Calendra Directory Manager for global enterprise
3. More than 2 years’ experience in integration of applications with different directory products including Sun One directory
4. Good knowledge in web application development and related interfaces.
5. Familiar with different software development lifecycles and good knowledge in CMMI is preferred.
6. Sound understanding of major Database Management system and related development including ORACLE DB Server and PL/SQL language
7. Fluent English communication capability with good customer facing experience
8. Good at self management, quick study, problem solving and team work
