1) HP CentralView (Telco revenue assurance, fraud, BI/DW domain) products engineering inclusive of BO representation (dashboard&report), data model, ETL, data mining, analysis and.
2) Work as technical expert and take the technical leadership on the product engineering (including framework), new technologies research and technical direction for local engineering team.
3) Work as the contact interface with global engineering team and 3rd party partner on technical discussion, problem solving and decision making.
Work with WW product/engineering manager to manage product requirements, functions specification, and guide the development.

1) Bachelor degree (or above) in telecom or computer science is a must.
2) At least 5 years work experience on large-scale product engineering or system implementation in telecom BSS/OSS, revenue assurance, BI/DW domain.
3) Good English communication and presentation skills are the must.
4) Very strong experiences on BOBJ products (BOE XI, BO Webi/Crystal reports, xCelsius dashboards, universe design) are required.
5) Strong experiences on the technologies of telecom domain (data model/data warehouse model, ETL, analytical modeling, etc.) are much preferred.
6) Be familiar with PL/SQL programming, Oracle DBA/performance tuning.
7) Be familiar with UNIX, especially UNIX admin and UNIX shell scripting.
8) Good project management skills on project planning, monitoring, risks & issues tracking, negotiations, and multiple team coordination.
9) Better to have: Expert or rich knowledge on data modeling based upon industrial specifications like TMF/SID, ITU recommendations etc.
