Job description
1. 5+ years IT exp, Proficient of MF COBOL
2. perfer Unix/AIX is applicable.
3. Good communication, fluent Japanese speaking(Japanese level 1 or equal) and prefer English CET6.
4. Strong leadership, has experience of WBS tracking, risk management, issue management, etc.
5. Client facing, good knowledge of problem solving.
6. Quick learning, could work under pressure.
7. Willing onsite at least one year
