Job description
- Provide onsite CMMI, as well as other process/quality improvement related consulting and training services to clients under the guidance of senior consultant.
- Deeply involve in commercial accounts as PMO/quality leader to lead process/method/tool deployment.
- Support new business development, by involving in pre-sale activities like consulting solution and proposal development, client visit, contract preparation etc.
- Support other Delivery Excellence (DE) Functions for internal DE initiatives and process improvement activities as required.
Technical Skills:
- At least 5-10 years IT Software Development or Outsourcing experiences. (Mandatory)
- At least 2-4 years of EPG, SQA or PPQA experiences, experienced in performing & leading software delivery process improvement in an international company. (Mandatory)
- CMMI expert, with practical experiences in at least one or two CMMI 3(or above level) implementation and appraisal. (Mandatory)
- CMMI/quality consulting experience is advantage.
- PMP certification is preferred
Non-Technical Skills:
- Strong communication skills (Mandatory)
- Good leadership, negotiation and coordination skills (Mandatory)
- Skillful in both verbal and written English & Chinese (Mandatory)
- Japanese skill is preferred
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Received “CMMI v1.2 Introduction” training, CMMI appraisal ATM experience is advantage
- Japanese language L2 or above certificate is advantage
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 5 years experience in 5 years in IT software development or outsourcing experiences
At least 2 years experience in EPG, SQA or PPQA experiences, experienced in software delivery process
At least 2 years experience in CMMI 3 and above
