Job description
* Lead and perform Mainframe automation work for Japan customer remotely from Shenzhen
Dispatch work in the team, create reports and forecast
Maintain systems of developing automation tools, including planning & installation
Use IBM tools for problem and change management
Create monthly reports with TDS (Tivoli Decision Support), and present in Excel graph
Check and report monthly reports creation status with Percy tool
Update Capacity management procedures
Required
Bachelor's Degree
English: Intermediate
Japanese: Fluent
Additional information
* 3+ years experience with installing/implementing/maintaining the software for z/OS: Tivoli NetView for z/OS, Tivoli System Automation for z/OS, Tivoli Workload Scheduler for z/OS (Level 4)
* 3+ years experience with z/OS, ISPF, JCL, RACF, SMP/E, DB2/SQL (Level 4)
* 2+ years as project leader leading 3-5 members at least (Level 4-5)
* 3+ years experience on working in Japan and communicate with Japanese customers everyday, must be fluent in Japanese
* Knowledge of quality control, six sigma will be added advantage
* Knowledge of ITIL
